Can, Should and likely will -- moving is not a way of avoiding child support, nor should it be. If you can't keep a wrapper on that thing, then you need to pay the consequences.

Second of all, IF he is a decent person, he will pay for his children so no one HAS to take anything. Sounds like another deadbeat to me.
