Are Domestic Violence Police Reports Enough?

My good buddy was involved in a marriage scam. He married an alien woman and later had him hoodwinked into believing their courtship was true. After 3 months of receiving her paperwork under conditional status, she left him prior to meeting the 2 year conditional requirement. She filed police reports for domestic violence but without any photos nor Psychological reports from a professional Shrink. My buddy served time in a detention center and lost the case. Will this woman be sent home to her country since she did not meet the two year requirement?

Answers:
She won't be sent back. I'd bet my next paycheck on it.

IF there is a record of domestic violence the odds are no she will not be sent back.
