Are condominium bylaws legally binding in the state of New Hampshire?

If the bylaws state that the Board can approve a pet, doesn't that imply that some pets are allowed? Otherwise it would state "no pets". Do I have a case?

Answers:
By-laws are enforcable in New Hampshire as a contract. Regarding the question of "Do I have a case?" who knows since you did not state any such 'case' or facts.

It does not imply that some pets are allowed. It states that the "Board can approve a pet". A statement like this is needed to accommodate seeing eye dogs, assist dogs, hearing dogs, assist monkeys, all animals covered by FEDERAL LAW that must be allowed in condominiums, apartments, and other housing.
