No. What we could do to help would be eliminate corporate taxes. That would make it much more efficient for companies to stay here in the US, as well as attract investment from around the world. Think of the Cayman Islands, etc. Consumers pay most corporate taxes anyway through higher priced goods.
This would create more jobs, raise pay and result in lower prices for every American.
