Legal guardians?
If both of my biological are still my guardians, is it possible for my stepfather to become a legal guardian as well.

Different states have different laws about adoption (in order for your stepfather to become a legal guardian, he must first adopt you,) but your biological father would first have to terminate his rights of you and then your stepfather could petition to adopt you if he is married to your mother. In this, your natual father would legally have nothing to do with and for you as in the state's eyes you would no longer be his and if your stepfather and your mother ever divorced, he would have to resume paying child support- not your biological father. In my state, the cost of filing of the petition of termination of the natural father's rights and the petetion of adoption cost $50 each, and then a if the judge agrees to it, then a social worker would need to come out for six months to monitor you and your family, which depending on where you go to have the social study conducted can cost up to $1,500. The process is lengthy and expensive, so if you love your biological father and still want him in your life, it is better to just keep him and your stepfather with the titles that they have now.
No. Not without court action to remove one of the "Legal" guardians. Guardianship infers legal responsibilities/obligations that cannot be confered without court order in your case.
What your stepfather CAN be however, is a Standby Guardian in the case that either one or both of your parents should be deceased.
