Who is the idiot who put these rules?

Here is several examples, please share yours
1) you can enlist in the army at the age of 19 go to iraq, looase an arm, leg and an eye. and come back to the states to tell you you can't drink.
2) my institiution dress code allow people to cross-dress, yet I am not allowed to wear a blue jeans to work.
3) you have the right to express homosexuality, but if you expressed heterosexuality you are accused of sexual harassment
4) If you paid a woman to have sex with you, that would be prostitution and you can go to jail, if you paid a woman to have sex with you, film it and broadcast on the internet and sold it on dvd that is legal

Answers:
Good points.

I agree, the drinking age should be lowered for the military only!

Political correctness and lack of morality are what your other three questions involve. It is the work of the socialist movement that has been trying to take over this country since the 1960's.

Sounds like Liberal work to me. At least I KNOW #2 and #3 are.
Amazing isn't it?
1,2,and 4 are quite true and make many people wonder(especially 1) but 3 is pretty dishonest, I've never heard of someone getting accused of sexual harrasment for being straight
Well for number 1 alcohol is a mind altering drug that we want to only give to mature enough individuals...are you calling the armed forces mind altering drugs? For many under 21 the military is their only real option...and since the drinking age isn't comming down(since many people now allowed to drink don't do it responsibly) we should increase the enlistment age and create a new group for unemployment?

As for 2 crossdressers in your company are considered to be of the oposite sex and as long as they dress appropirately for work obviously there is no problem with your employer...but they obviously want all to be

3...homosexuals can sexually harass each other.you completely don't understand that issue.sexual harasment takes a person complaining if there is no complaint there is no harrasment homo or heterosexual

4. There is a difference between porn and prostitution...first in the 1st amendment...artistic value of it...even if you don;t see it obviously someone does...and also the spread of disease.porn companies make their performers get check ups and make sure the environment is clean and sterile.do you think the 20 dollar hooker is really making sure she doesn't spread crabs or herpes? Yea you take that chance...and then look at some of the historical societies and see how disease spread so quickly where prostitution was legalized.

You many not like them but all of these rules are sound
It was not me. I had nothing to do with any of the rules you mentioned.

I only make the rules for my house, not everyone elses.

Besides I may be stupid but, I am not an idiot!!
1) You can enlist in the army at 18, in Iraq you are under supervision, but with drinking you are not mature enough to handle yourself without supervision.
2) Are the cross dressers allowed to wear blue jeans? If not there is no problem. That is fair.
3) I'm sure homosexuals do not go aound your workplace hitting on others and telling them that if they don't perform for them they will not a promotion, because if they did it would be considered sexual harrassment just the same.
4) You go to jail if you get caught paying anyone for sex in either situation.
