Well this girl said she was going to kick my a** you know. And I don't know what to do..If you could help please. But would you please not say i told you say you over heard or something" But i'd tell this to a teacher you are familiar with or are closer to they should fix things and help out. Oh yeah and tell your parents.
Im pretty sure that could be classified as a threat or a terrorist threat .They can be charge with either of these offenses.

When it comes to threats like that and the law you need more then just your word and more then a one time incidence. A threat to do bodily harm could be considered Harassment.
I don't know where you live but I live in ontario and something like that happened to me when I was 13 or so. I asked a cop if there was anything he could legally do and he told me no. If she threatened to cause you harm she can't be arrested. If instead she said "I'm going to kill you" or "I'm going to kill your livestock" then she can be arrested on death threats. Thats not to say you can't get a restraining order
