Sunset holidays?

had a bad holiday got bitten by ants in apt and had a bad reaction needed hospital treatment complained to rep and sunset when we got home this was in may just got a letter off them saying i had got a nettle rash been to my doctors and he agrees with me it was bites from ants and he is writing me a letter to sunset no sorry no nothing whats the next step

You need to ask for what you want. Give them a copy of the letter from the doctor that states it was ant bites, and ask for a full refund. Look at your contract and see if there is a clause about satisfaction guaranteed, or money back, or something like that.
