WHat would happen to me if i hired an attorney and the case was resolved and i didn't pay him???

Answers:
The attorney has the right to file a collection case for cases that are already resolved.

Just make a payment plan with him.
he would sue you
Depends on the nature of the case. If you were the plaintiff in a case that the lawyer took on a contingency, the settlement is sent to the lawyer and he deducts his cut before sending it to you. In other types of cases, the lawyer will generally insist on a retainer, payment up front, and periodic payments as the case progresses. If you found a lawyer foolish enough to do all his work without being paid first, and then you just failed to pay, the lawyer would react like any other creditor and sue to obtain a judgment and then execute on the judgment.
