Support and visitation?

How do I take my ex husband back to court in Washington State, for either full custoty or for more child support since he never comes and gets our kids to visit him, and when he does he pawns them off on his sick mom and goes hunting instead? Also, he had dated in hs that was a physco. She threated to kill me when I was preganant with our daughter and now he is back in contact with her. She has been in out of jail and for being abusive towards her BF?~and I don't want her to be around our kids. What should I do?

Answers:
just go back to court and fight for full custody dear and take him for what is worth also hon because he litterly doesnt really about your children and be very careful of what the other one that he is with now and she didnt have any right to threaten you where pregnant dear and my best of luck is with you hon ok and thank you also

Call an attorney or call them and ask about public defenders. Either way, take him back to court and go for it. He sounds like a worthless meat sack to me.
Consider yourself very fortunate that he is the way he is and you will be able to easily get full custody and write him off. I am in a similar situation where my ex in Washington has residential custody because he lied and won. I get the summer vacation and all the other holidays, some hard to keep because I live in another state. He messes with the court order continually and acts like he calls the shots on everything to the point of threatening that he will stop my visits. He recently married a woman who has three kids of her own and has now requested child support from me if I want more visitation. His new wife cannot get child support from her ex husband for her kids because her ex is a registered sex offender and she is hiding from him. She does not work and my ex now has four extra mouths to feed. His new wife also favors her own children more and does only the minimum for mine, as she is left to care for them while dad is at work.
I did not know he was not allowed to do all this and now I have taken legal action. I am in the process of trying to get full custody from my ex in Washington and bring my two children back home to Montana. They want to be here with me, just that thier dad uses them to hurt me. The children are now both almost 11 years old. He has only had this court order for three years. Before that they lived here with me. He just lied his way throught the system with his many liar friends to back him up. He recently got a DWI and spend over two weeks in jail and also has an outstanding warrent for his arrest in Montana for failure to appear on a harrassment charge. I only pray that I will get to bring my children home for good.
Again, take a look at my situation and consider yourself so fortunate that you don't have to fight for your kids. You have them and a dead beat father who most likely won't care when you take full custody. You and your children deserve much better and don't need him and his trash girlfriends who just want to fight and threaten you. Take your kids and run!
Might I add, me and my ex were also good friends until he got remarried. I am also remarried so no, this is not an act of jelousy or anything. I just want my children here at home where they belong with the rest of their real family.
