Help...need clarification?

Okay, well i found that at 15 1/2 i can get my provisional thingie to drive.

But i need to know for sure about how to drive to different states with that

So can i drive to kentucky at 15 1/2 with a licensed adult in the car, and my permit thingie?

Answers:
Yes. If you have a valid license in your state and you are following the laws of your state while using it, the "full faith and credit" clause of the U.S. Constitution requires the other state honor the laws of your state.

States accept the Drivers License Thingy from all states, I will guess that each state has a slightly different take on permit thingies. How hard could it be to go to each states DMV web site to keep your thingy safe?
I think as long as you have a license drive with you, you can legally drive. But they take all responsibility if you get in an accident. But first check with you sec. of state office
