Should a company plan a Presidents Club Trip for its salespeople over Yom Kippur?

Is this considered in bad taste for a publicly traded company to schedule such a trip for over achievers over a Jewish high holy day?

Answers:
If the company is aware that some of the people who would need to attend the trip are Jewish, then yes, it is bad taste. If the company doesn't know that it would be a conflict for anyone, it was probably just scheduled at a time convenient for those in charge of it.
