I have A challenge for you A person seen a boy who stole a money on a box worth $100?
the boy code name "b"but there is one again who stole a money$200 on the same box,a boy code named "a" but no one seen him . in the boxe it told that the money worth $500 .The person who saw "b"report to the police ,But the police said about the money in box there has not been one stoled it for it left much than it stoled unless one saw the thief other than you .I therefore conlude that you stole the money ,The court prove the police right justify the court virdict
Answers:
First, an only eyewitness to a theft usually becomes a suspect. How did the person who alledgely seen boy (a) take the money know exactly how much he took from the box? If no one saw boy (b) take the $200 then how do anyone know he actually took it? Looks like there was a receipt in the box that indicated that there was funds there that amounted to $500 dollars so the eyewitness account of what happened is off by the missing $200 that thief (b) took because there should have been $400 left after thief (a) took $100.
The police likely concluded that since there was only $200 dollars left of the $500 in the box then the eyewitness took $300 and lied about someone else only taking $100. The evidence simply didn't balance with the eyewitness story, especially since no one seen thief (b) take the $200.
