People vs. bellizzi (1995) 34 cal app 4th 1849?

does any one have any information on this case?

Answers:
It's a search and seizure case with a bit of a twist - this one was in a hotel, and the initial tip as to the presence of narcotics came from the hotel maid. The conviction was reversed and the evidence suppressed because the Court held that when police officers entered the room without a warrant they did not have a legal justification to do so.
