Who do the court favor?
in a custody battle, when both parents have had problems in the past? i have always heard the coustodial parent, with in most cases are the mother, i am a stay at home mommy and i have been for 3 yrs now. since me and my daughter have a special bond do you think i will win?
Answers:
in court the judge wants to hear what you are gonna do for that kid now and in the future the past is irrelevant KEEP FOCUSED what am I gonna do now and in the future to properly care for this kid and dont try to bash the other party that will backfire every time Judges hate that good luck from TEXAS
hands down. just don't screw up anymore.
It's up to more than just who has the bond and who has been in less trouble. No one can make an accurate prediction for you on that. Statistically, it's more often the mother, but that doesn't necessarily mean you'll win.
