Is the Legal Drinking age in Canada 19 or 21?
i heard that recently Canada had raised the drinking age too 21. is this true or is it still 19? ( and 18 in some providences)
Answers:
19, party it up baby.
In most provinces it's 19, but in three provinces it's 18. There's no federal drinking law.
it's 19, and yes not all canadian provinces have a legal drinking age of 19, for some it is 18, i know quebec for sure.
I really thought that it was 18 but it could be 19. I know when I was 18 about ummmm. 10 years ago we went to Canada to drink.
i think its 19
There have been rumors going around about the drinking age being raised to 21 only for those who live in the United States. However, last I checked, the drinking age levels have not changed from their present values (18 in Manitoba, Alberta, and Quebec and 19 elsewhere). Plus, I went to Niagara Falls, Ontario the weekend of July 20th, and they served me (I am only 20 years old) even after seeing my Pennsylvania drivers license.
