Need help about juevenile and custody?
my daughter is 13 and now in trouble and we meet with probation in morining. She got mad at me and has now been at her dads for 1 week. He stays at his moms who lives in a 1 bedroom apt and him and my daughter sleep on floor or couch
I live at my moms in a house but i have 1 boy who has his own room and my 2 girls and i share a room. He is behind 68,000.00 in child support, does not work and the only reason she wants to stay with him is that he sets no rules for her and I do. She wont talk to me and he wont either. Neither one of us has custody over her and we were never married. Can probation make her come back to me?

if you were awarded child support, then you have custody, I would contact a lawyer, get some advice, I had to place my daughter in a residental living facillity with the help of social services just to get her the help she needed.

You need to call Social Services to have her living situation checked out and maybe help her find a neutral place to live. She is not happy to live with you, she chose her Father as the lesser evil. She needs counseling and help, more then you can give her.
I wouldn't count on it. The best you can do for your daughter is let go of your anger and be prepared to help her when she makes mistakes that hurt. She has already made her choice and will need you when she realizes it was a bad choice. Can you wait patiently and with love? It is what she will need.
