I lived in Germany for a year when I was about 20. Young German kids dabble in marijuana about as much as British kids. But they can get it by driving to Holland!
Also, I was approached one time by this geezer selling marijuana in the train station!
Other than that, I couldn't tell you. I assume they are not mega-strict about it...
