If annulled already your marriage, what will be the next step so that you will be legally free?
After you get the certificate of finality in court, where shall i submit so that i can change my status, to become single again, and also to change my surname?

Change your name on your state ID, the same place you went to change it when you got married, and for tax purposes on your W-2, thats it..your marriage never happened..congrats on the annulment
The certificate of finality does mean you are single again and you are free to use whatever name you choose. In future on all legal documents you just sign your original name. You could register this at the courthouse where you live. There are appropriate forms for such thing and maybe a small fee payable.
You need to return to the court and ask the court clerk as to what forms that you to complete. Once completed, file the forms at the court and then a court date will be set and/or the judge or Martial Master signs the form. Usually, there is a fee that you pay to the court.But, I'm not sure what the amt. is but, usually $35.00. Be sure that you have certified copies so that you can change your name on your driver's license, credit cards, Passport ( if you have one). Once your name is changed, there is alot of work to update the change. I hope that this helps
