My moms appeal status?

My mom has been waiting over a year to hear back from the appeal of her court case. How long does it generally take to hear about the status of an appeal, and how can one check on the status- we are in Florida-

Answers:
Appellate courts generally select cases to hear based on urgency and the doctrine of ripeness. Someone on death row at Raiford has a more urgent case than someone being sent to Club Fed for a couple years. Ripeness addresses the cases that are unique but have no real need to be answered any time soon.
There is a Chief Clerk for the Appellate Court. Contact that office and ask about the relative status. There are only so many hours in a day so be aware that the scheduling is based in available time and subject to many issues. Both sides need to be present for the appeal so the schedules of the Court (primary), along with the schedules of the Prosecution, and Defense are all taken into consideration within reason.

Murder? Street walking? Parking?
Depends on what she's appealing. What was the offense? The best person to answer this would be her attorney.
she looks good to me
court case for what???
Your mom is obviously not pursuing it aggressively. It dpeends on the appeal.
