Don't speed again. A warning means they know you were speeding but didn't charge you for it and their is no penalty. Next time I doubt you will be so lucky.

Don't do it again... You were lucky you got the warning. They will probably keep your name on file at the PD and consider the warning if you ever get stopped by that PD again.

Go to the county clerks office admit that you were wrong, state that you believe the officer was wrong by not giving you a citation, pay the approriate amount and then report the fact to your insurance company. Why? Would you do something else, like not worry about it.
