Answers:
Well, China, North Korea, Iraq, Saudi Arabia...most dictatorships.

Even the United States. If you make threatening remarks about the President (like causing harm) in writing or in open public, you can get a visit from the Secret Service and possible trouble if they deem the threat credible.

NORTH Korea: For saying you do not like emperor, you could get killed
Most of the middle east, north Korea, Thailand if its anti king, and a lot more, even in UK and US you cant say certain things, such as bomb on a plane, unless there is a bomb of course
I take it this is for a school assignment.

Try researching North Korea. If you say the wrong thing there, the government will either imprison or kill you.
It happens all the time to people who speak out about the Government in China.
There are many countrys with many such laws. In Germany for instance promoting NAZI idealism will result in a prison term. I China you will be run over by a tank for speaking against the government. Ok so the last one isn't entirly true, however they will keep an eye on you if you visit to make sure you don't plant capitolist or human rights ideals in their citizens heads.
There are very few countries that don't.

USA - since the patriot Act you can be imprisoned for saying anything anti-government.
UK - Saying anything against Muslim, or anything that could instrigate religious hatred
Most Communist Countries (China, North Korea, etc) - Any thing against the government.
Germany - Denying the Holocaust.
