If a face was burned can you take a ID picture with something covering up a burn mark?

Like a eye patch or bandages

Answers:
No the reasons should be obvious. A burn mark would be an identifying mark.

More than likely, you'll need to take the picture with your face AS IS. An ID is used to, well, ID someone, if that burn is part of who you are, it needs to be shown.
No part of the face can be covered for obvious reasons.
the only thing you can use to cover a scar or a burn is makeup - depending on how bad the burn mark is there are actually some great products that can camoflauge it well - see a professional makeup artist - and if ur a guy thats okay - they can blend it so its not noticeable u are wearing makeup and they can skip the whole lipstick and mascara deal unless u want it lol- but physical barriers of any kind are disallowed
Nothing can be covered up. Sorry you got burned.
