What does this literally mean nowadays?

NO TRESPASSING

INCLUDING ALL PUBLIC OFFICIALS OR AGENTS THEREOF:

This is to put you on notice that the owner or tenant of this property requires that all Public Officials abide by provisions of the Supreme Law of the Land.

The Constitution of the United States of America

Bill of Rights
Article II : "- the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed"
Article IV : "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated."

The undersigned will, therefore, refuse to permit any search, audit, assessment, or inspection whatsoever of this property, without the presentation of a proper warrant, duty signed, as described by Constitutional Amendment, Article IV

"_AND NO WARRANT SHALL ISSUE, BUT UPON PROBABLY CAUSE, SUPPORTED BY OATH OR AFFIRMATION, AND PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING THE PLACE TO BE SEARCHED AND THE PERSON OR THINGS TO BE SEIZED."

Answers:
It has very little legal meaning.

It just reminds police that the owner is not going to be bluffed into submitting (consenting) to a search absent a warrant.

18 USC 241 states that it is illegal to intimidate someone into surrendering their civil (constitutional) rights, and 242 makes it illegal to use apparent legal authority as an excuse to violate federal or state laws.

The notice doesn't change any existing laws -- just states that the person (property owner) is aware of the laws.

That means the people are exercising their right to own property, and they're disallowing people, unless with a court order, to set foot on the land they own.

Seems pretty straight-forward to me.
