What is the law in Missouri about moving out when you are 17 years old?

I am 17 and I live in Missouri and I believe that the law says you can move out when you are 17 but if I move out I want to move to Kansas. Is that legal?

With some exceptions, age of Majority in Missouri is generally 18.
The exceptions are marriage and military service.
So, you need permission of parent or guardian.
