A 17 year old boy shoved my 7 year old son to the ground and knocked the air out of him, he couldn't breath

for probably a minute, what should I do?

Scare the ever-lovin'-sh*t out of the 17 year old.

nothing, boys will be boys, DId you ahve to take him to the hospital? Did he have any permanent or lasting injuries? Talk to the kids parents or talk to him yourself and let him know he was in the wrong. But beyond that nothing needs to be done.
Cast a spell on that mean boy! The Goddess doesn't approve of evil!
