How far is too far in pranking? What are the laws regarding pranking?
I really like pranking people in harmless fun, of course. Though I have ideas that sometimes are pushing it, like going to a business and finding an office that has three entrances but only two of them are obvious and putting up signs that say "Do not enter" and "Please use other door".
What are the laws regarding pranking? And telepranking?

Generally pranking is illegal. That's why a well designed prank, leaves the victim laughing. If they don't mind being the subject of the joke, then nobody presses charges. Here's a few rules I follow, that generally work out well:
1) Pain isn't funny.
2) Mean isn't funny.
3) Work isn't funny either- don't leave them with a mess to spend hours cleaning up.
4) It falls under 2 & 3, but should be mentioned anyway, don't ruin anything important to the victim.
