Gym took out more than they were suppose to; breach or not?

I joined a gym and signed a contract saying I would pay $29.99 a month through automatic debit, but this month the gym took out $47.69. Excluding possibilities of late fees and other scenarios, can that be considered a breach of contract on their part?

Answers:
If you signed a contract for afixed period and locked that initial rate, then yes. they are wrong. if not they can charge anything after the initial period runs out

taxes can go up, if you used another branch of the gym they may charge extra, and i am sure that there is a part of the contract that states that they can raise the fee given notice (ie sign by the desk) saying the fees are being raised
