Should The united States make it legal to use marijuana for personal use only?
Answers:
YES then they could tax it and we could enjoy it. it is less harmful than alcohol.
They should make it legal for medical doctors to prescribe. And they did in Oregon.
I thought personal use was the only use...if you're a person, and you're using it, whether it be with friends, to get money, whatever, that's personal use, right?
YES! AMERICANS NEED TO STOP BEING SO UPTIGHT ABOUT WHAT OTHER AMERICANS CHOOSE TO DO, AND MIND THEIR OWN GODDAMN BUSINESS<<<its a plant after all, not manufactured out of bleach and other poisonous chemicals like crystal meth is. Nobody has ever died solely from inhaling it. It doesn't make you hallucinate like peyote, acid, mescaline or mushrooms.
It'll never ******* happen in this country.
THINK of all the money and jobs lost if we do! Do you think for example the liquor lobby would support it? The stuff isn't good for you, but alcohol is much worse and it's legal. Prohibition did not work.
The reason people drank so much back in Prohibition is because there was only minimal clean healthy water to drink.
Take the profit out of it and the problem will dry out considerably.
No way! They need to ban it and not allow states to say yeah its ok to you is it for medicinal purposes, when it is breaking a federal law by smoking it for any reason.
yes
Marijuana must not be legalized because it has a bad influence in the minds of the people per medical findings and it is the reason why it is prohibited.
I definitely think it should be legal, but I am uncertain as to your meaning of "personal" use only. Does this mean no medical use or what? I do believe it would give the country a lot of money due to the taxes from the marijuana. If drinking can be legalized, it only makes sense to have marijuana legal also.
for medical reasons only
many services available out there that i wouldn't want someone stoned working at
