My dad needs a job.?
Im asking anyone who can help me in solving a problem with my dad. he needs a new job. he currently has one as a manager at pay less shoe source. he doesnt make poverty type money, enough for a family of five. but he is more and more depressed.living from paycheck to paycheck due to poor money management at an early age, he has worked with payless for around 20 years. he has plenty of sales and retail manager experience. he hates the fact that payless is always pressuring him with his expendable position. we need help in what to do, a job of some sort, im helping him look but any help in a situation like this would be for the best. thanks.
p.s., we are located in the los Angeles valley region, north Hollywood California.

He should stick it out for his 20 year pension plan. This may be the solution to his problem, have him apply at Hotels/Motels at the desk.Warehouse Positions
The store manager at the Wal-mart that I work at makes $278,000 a year so maybe he should transfer to there and apply for a higher management job figuring that he will qualify with his experience from Payless. You could also move to Annville, PA where living costs, taxes, and everything costs much less than where you live. It costs a fortune to live in California alone.
