Some guy ripped me off $150 online! How can I bust this theif !?
How do I go about filing a claim against this theif. Can I goto the cops?

Why would you have to ask if you can go to the cops?
go to the site you bought it from and complain that he ripped you off
It is only a misdemeanour. You can file it with the police department but more than likely nothing will happen. Did you pay with a card? If so you can stop payment? If you sent money order ....... I hate to say it but you have to cut your losses! What a shame.
