Workmans Comp Question... REAL ANSWERS PLEASE?

I fell at my job In October 2004... I went to see an orthopedic, went through PT everything they said, I then had to have surgery in October 2005..again went through PT, was released to full time duty, June 2006 my ankle rolled causing me to fall down stairs and braking my arm... again ankle rolled january 2007 no major injury, ankled rolled july 2007 broke my arm again. My ortho said i might have to have another surgery... Is it too late to get an atorney.. they have been paying, but i am tired of braking bones due to that injury! What are my rights

It might be past the statue of limitations, it depends on your state. Usually you can call a lawyer and get a consultant fee for free, then they charge you for meetings after that. I'm guessing you're still okay, give it a shot with a lawyer and see what happens.
