Collecting a judgement in NYC--I need advice--I have important information on the debtor, so how do I use it?

The debtor is a former employer, and the judgment amount was for three weeks of work, which was unpaid.

If the judgment was made by an arbitrator, it needs to be affirmed (entered) in a court of law (state supreme court) before it is enforceable. You can probably do that without a lawyer, if you do a little research on the process. Once you do that, it is enforceable like any other judgment and the sheriff's department will guide you through the process of seizing his assets.
