Need help! please,?
would like to know in south carolina, can a i take a warent out for a servicwe man bracking up a home, wife left for a military man,

Answer:
Some states actually have a law which provides legal recourse in married couples, for what is known as "alienation of affection". Unfortunately, South carolina Judicially abolished this practice in 1992, and therefore; you're up a creek without a paddle. Sorry...you cant get squat.
why would you want to get the service memeber in trouble? If I am understanding this right, the wife left the husband and child for a service member, wouldn't you want to go after the wife to ensure child support? A service member can get in trouble for messing around with a married person. But proof is needed and it really depends on the command.
