If I work with someone I dislike and I know a way to get them fired, should i go ahead and do it?

she just got married and just bought a house about 8 months ago, has one kid and is pregnant. but she is a total B. All of this is true and I am seriously debating it over in my mind because it would make my job a lot better, but she would almost certainly lose her house because we work at a good corporation making good money. her boyfriend doesnt make enough for them to live on and even if she finds another job, she is over paid at this job and it will absolutely be much, much less. also, what she has done is not criminal in nature

That's mean. Keep your nose to yourself. You're way too personally involved. If she does a bad job, she should be canned, but don't just be selfish about it.

Firing an employee must be with valid reasons. If there is no reason at all just because of indifference, the termination will be illegal and most likely, the employee will be reinstated plus payment of back wages and damages.
Nooo.. Don't get her fired.. Would you like if she did that to you and you had no way to afford your house or anything at all for that matter? Don't do it, that would be pretty mean even if she really is a pain in the ***.
You live by the sword ,you die by the sword.

What goes around,comes around.

If you don't think so,go for it.
a) could you live with doing it

b) will your coworkers/boss find out about your involvement

if you can limit your visibility and she's really that bad do what you have to do

.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you !
Don't do it. The reason why she is a ***** is probably because she is pregnant. You don't want to ruin a family just because you don't like a member of it. Think of her kids! I no it might be tough having to work with her. I am in the same situation at my work, but if I have a complaint I just tell a manager and they take care of it for me. The last thing you want to do is get a pregnant person fired!
Your question is much too vague.

If she really is engaged in some improper behavior she should be reported and it is quite proper for you to report her.

If you mean that you know how to fabricate something that is not true to get her fired, you are actually putting your self at risk of being fired because your scam will be detected and you do not sound all that smart to be able to pull something like that off and get away with it without being caught.

A good example for you to keep in mind is Dan Rather and the fake letter he used on George Bush during the campaign. Instead of making Dan Rather a hero and costing George Bush the election, it cost Dan Rather his job and his career.
You know, someone once did that to my husband. Our daughter was 6 months old at the time and we finally moved into our new house (which was only a 1 bedroom apartment, because that was all we could afford at the time).

This guy didn't like my husband. The guy ended up making a huge (costly) mistake at work, and found out a way to blame the whole thing on my husband. The guy didn't have a family to support, so obviously things like that didn't go through his head.

It was seriously awful for a long time for us. We couldn't afford to pay our bills (with my waitress salary) and ended up getting evicted from our apartment.

Luckily a few years have passed, my husband has found a better job, and we now have a second child.

Please dont do that to someone, just because you dont like them. You're not only hurting them, you're hurting their entire family.
No.
Would you want someone to get YOU fired?

Follow the Golden Rule.
