Best legal advice?
I frequent my local 7/11 store for some 4 years now. I never had a problem with any workers and for the most part they seemed friendly and reacted to my sense of humor and friendly personality.There was one particual employee that did unfortunatly stand out as not so friendly.He is of Turkish desent and for almost 6 months since his employeemnet.it was my opion this person did not have personality,no manners and urly behavure.I remember joking to get my point accross with other employees as well as the owner stated,"how could you employee such a misrable and unfriedlt person who has no ways about him?" I let it pass for some time with no problems.
No problems that is until this past Sunday.There was a girl behind the counter and I told her in passing how I felt this guy does not have what it takes to be dealing with the public.Everdently she told him.The following day Mon,he confronted me and asked,"what did you tell that girl?' I said,"you don't have a personality.He said fu! fu!

So what is your question? Sounds like you were talking about someone behind his back, he found out and told you how he felt. Looks like he has a personality afterall and you just can't deal with it. Moral of the story -- if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all.
What is your legal question? Is it illegal for him to say FU? No. My advice is do not shop in that store anymore if you do not like the clerks.

Get on with your life and stay away from 7/11 when he is working. Quit whining if that guy is your biggest problem then you should be very, very happy.
is this a major problem in your life? Come on! try a new convenience store! Most of them are owned by Indians ,Pakistanis,or Arabs!!
If you have such a friendly personality.you shouldn't be bad mouthing the clerk. You behaved like a kid...If you don't have anything nice to say about someone.it is better to keep your thoughts to yourself!!
Tlking smack about someone behind his back, an immigrant, and you are surprised that he called you on it?
What would your reaction have been if the guy had been "joking around" about that loser guy who just keeps hanging around the 7-11 trying to be buddies with the staff, who doesn't have anything else to do with his time? And then if you asked him what he said to that cute new girl working there, he responded that he told her you're a loser with no personality and nothing better to do than hang around trying to be buddies with the captive audience of 7-11 employees? Would that have made you a little mad?
I wouldn't just have told you FU, I would have told you that "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, so get out".
hey man Wat's your question, you just told me a story, you didn't ask anything...do you wanna know if its legal to talk a bout kufar or whatever his name is behind his back or did you wanna kill him... no that's not legal
No legal advice to give. He has every right to be angry. Now he should not have said what he did to you but again you have no legal recourse as you are not a victom in this case.
