Minimum petty theft amount in illinois?

i work somewhere thats accusing me of stealing $450, which is really discounts on items that were legit. he took it out of my pay check which isn't legal, so i told him to fix it and he said he'd press charges for stealing instead.

I'm in the right with that matter as far as i know, but i dont wanna somehow chance getting a felony marked down for me.

as far as I know if you take anything under 300 its a misdemenor anything above that is a felony.
