I want to go see some friends at the lake. They have alcohol but im not near it and dontdrink, can i get MIP?
Theres a girl whos coming to the lake with some friends. I want to see her but her friends will be drinking. If I'm not near the alcohol and am not drinking, can I still get an MIP? (I'm from north dakota)
The friends are minors. I don't want an MIP cuz then I can't play football for 6 weeks.
Plus, if there is someone that is 21 there, does that change anything? Thanks

If you are not drinking then you should be OK. However, theres always the chance that you could catch the cop who doesn't care and writes everyone.
If there is someone over 21 and minors are drinking then yes, it changes things. The minors still get tickets and the 21 year old gets arrested for contributing/furnishing to a minor.
Play it safe and avoid the situation. Football season is only 10weeks long.
only if u spend your time sniffing the fumes so closely they couldn't drink without getting alchol up your nose.
