Is there a problem if we review my mother's will with an attorney who's represented other family members too?

The lawyer previously represented my mother, me, my brother and a sister for several individual private matters, but was referred to all of us originally by my brother. Seems like the lawyer would know us best, but a friend suggested this might be a conflict of interest later in probate.

Answers:
Could be. If nobody is contesting the will then it is probably okay. If anyone is contesting the will the lawyer may need to withdraw.

If anyone decides to challenge the will, they would have to find a different attorney to do it, since being represented by someone who represented other family members would be a conflict. So any potential conflict would be easy to work around, just get a new attorney if and when the will is challenged. But this isn't likely anyway.
