its shouldn't be a problem since they are just misdemeanors.
Around here they call that a second first offence, don't sweat it, just be ready to pay and possibly lose your drivers license.
It would appear that the Pennsylvania DUI Laws do not extend past the 10-year violation period .Chapter 38 Sec. 3806 addresses Prior Offenses ... and no time period between the first and second offenses are noted passed ten years. As to the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition , it would appear that this is at the discretion of the District Attorney.
