They really aren't interested in anyones rights. And besides, ACLU doesn't form a word like a good acronym should.

It is a misnomer, isn't it? The aren't American, are hardly civil, and they don't care about liberty.
Only after the Republican party changes its name to OCNA "Only Christians Need Apply".
We need another civil liberties union that will challenge bush when he passes stuff like the patriot act that destroys many of our civil liberties. Don't think that it is only terrorists that had their rights taken away. YOU are a POTENTIAL TERRORIST to them, and they WILL use their patriot act power on you if you dissent (Think of what hillary will will do with the patirot act! - she and Bill used the IRS to rough up their political enemies!)

Actually, you're completely an totally wrong about the ACLU.
It's truly sad that you disrespect the Constitution so much that you oppose a group whose sole purpose is to defend it.
You seem to want to live in a country where the govt can break any laws it wants, and ignore the Constitution all it wants, as long as you like the results.
Let's hope for your sake you never get your wish, or at least that you never end up in the minority -- because the ACLU are the only ones preventing this govt from turning fascist.
