Is the judge who sued for $54million for a pair of pants an Administrative Law Judge fror Social security??

This is the kind of action I would expect from an A.L.J. for Social security..It has been said he is an A.L.J. just not what branch. My experience with a Social security A.L.J. indicates they are all nuts and have reached a point of such incompetence they have been fired by all other courts

Answers:
He's not an ALJ with the federal government, only the local D.C. government. He works in a branch known as the Office of Administrative Hearings which basically hears cases for all of the administrative agencies in the District. As social security is administred at a federal level, the answer to your question is: no.
