Could I sue these truck drivers for driving dangerously?
The other day this trucker pulled out right in front of me, completely cut me off -- and he knew it too, he just wanted to give me grief since I drive a brand new BMW. Anyway, I floored it and passed him on a double solid yellow lane, giving him the bird when I made eye contact. I don't care, if I got into an accident, it would have been the truck driver's fault for forcing me to make a pass.
Anyway, I did almost clip an oncoming car but no damage was done, just a friendly beep of the horn and that was it. I have excellent reflexes, so I managed to swing on through like a professional.
If I did get an accident, I would have sued the truck driver as he would have been totally at fault. I'm sure the other driver who I'd hit would agree. He took his chances when he cut me off. Also, why is it all truck drivers are fat dirty slobs? Ever notice a correlation between the ugliness of a car and its driver? Kind of makes sense when you see me in my candy apple red M3 BMW.

God, you're an arrogant punk. Your sense of entitlement is nauseating. Cutting people off isn't a crime, but passing someone going over a double-yellow line is (reckless driving), as well as flipping anyone off out on the road (defamation of character). Any accident you would have had would have been entirely your fault for driving on the wrong side of the road. The only correlation here is the usual one between a selfish asshole and his bullshit status symbol on wheels. Get smart before you get killed, you moron!
I have seen a lot of miles and a lot of idiots like you end up in a ditch or worse. Stay off the road or at least make sure your insurance is paid up.
you can't sue them but you can turn them in to the company they work for and get the tag number..
as horrible as they are... it would have been your fault... he didnt force you to go in front you got mad because he cut you off... there was no life death situation that you had to go infront... therefore, it probably wouldnt fly...

He DID NOT FORCE you to pass on a double yellow line! What you should have done was slow your vehicle down and allow him and his rig to proceed, that would have been the couteous thing to do, but you CHOSE the illegal thing---and you think you are cool for having done so! He is the professional driver sir, not you.
Not all truck drivers are fat dirty slobs either, but you are pre-conditoned to think otherwise.
My personal challenge to you is to go into your favorite store and select any one thing that was not brought to you by a truck driver. You can't do it.at some point a big rig has carried it.

It's a free country and you can sue anybody you want to for whatever reason you want.
I hope the judge slaps you with a countersuit for wasting the courts time with such balogey.

I think you were the one driving dangerously by being on the wrong side of the road. My heart breaks that you might have been inconvenienced by that rotten truck driver. I'm sure you had very important places to be in that BMW. By the way,guess how that wonderful car got to the dealer...it came on a truck,probably driven by some fat dirty slob,according to you.
Perhaps you should slow down a little,a pretty red BMW isn't so pretty anymore when it is wedged underneath the back of a semi.
