What else can I get her on legally?
My boss has gotten very sarcastic since I solved the situation that I was falsely accused of stealing money from an employee. My boss was upset that I closed the case instead of her because she moved too slow on the matter. Now she wants to start writing me up for stuff she has no proof I did wrong and continue making accusations. I then told her that if she fired me that I would take legal action. I explained to her that if she wouldn't fire the person who stole the money [who ironically acted very suspicious after being confronted] that I would do everything to get her fired. I was told in front of a bunch of customers and a few employees at the front of the store to "Screw Yourself" by in which turn I just laughed. I have told her that I had her for defamation and right now I am getting transferred out of her store. Could I actually get her for unfair work enviroment because she told other employees not speak with me ?

What you can get her on if you have all your facts documented, and you have witnesses, is retaliation, this is a VERY serious violation, it is actually considered worse than racial discrimination by an employer, an employer can in no way take retaliatory action against an employee, you need to speak to an atty. and tell them what is going on, they'll jump on a case like that. I doubt you'd really find a judge willing to hear this case - it would likely be thrown out because it's mostly hearsay. You can try to sue for defamation of character, but that's going to be tough if all you've really got are verbal blows that others may or may not back you up on.
Why waste your time with this company? Sounds like you're miserable, and like they are too. Move on, get a fresh start.
Oh my god are you serious? this sounds like you are working in the school store, get on the phone call in backup, the owner, the regional director, don't let her bully you out of a job. People that lead you to be live they are as far as it goes think you are to stupid to go over their head, prove she is wrong.
Hostile work environment.
But you'd better have proof.
Go see an attorney and then find another job.
