This burglar who fell 30 feet out of a window.Does anyone care whether he lives or dies?

All I can say is this: If he was stealing for food or to feed his family, then I care.If he was stealing because he's a drug addict or just for the thrill. Then no I don't care...
I wouldn't care. If he was in my house, I hope i'd be able to push him out myself, without any reprecussion

Maybe this burglar was stealing to help his family.I know it might not seem plausible, but perhaps he was stealing to support his family, necessities like food. It doesn't matter who it is, no one should fall 30 feet out of a window.

Yes I care if this burglar dies. He's a BURGLAR. He deserves to die.
I sort of care, but only to see if his punishment lies with the legal system or with "God".
If the burglar lives he will sue the homeowner for his injuries. Even if the homeowner had nothing to do with the fall, the burglar will claim the window was not properly secured. At least that's how it usually works in the US. Lousy system.
Edit: I just realized I did not mention if I would care. Interpret as you will.
I find it wrong to wish ill upon anyone. But, yes the "sympathy-factor" is lessened. But I would still pray that he recovers and learns a lesson.

I dont really want to anyone killed unless they Harm others. People get screwed up some times and they follow the wrong path in life.. I think he should just be punished somehow for his crime if he survives the fall..

it depends on the specific case, lot of variables only people who were there konw about...
race has nothing to do with it, anyone would do the same, moreso if you were defending your family etc.
for me, someone breaks into my house un invited. they enter at their own risk, most people would be the same. as for people who rob people who are vunerable (e.g. the old etc), they need a cricket bat taken to their knee's.
that may sound harsh, but say it was an elderly relative of yours.
as for the burglar , i'd hope they were ok in time.. and he/she went to prison for a while. A friend who works in a prison as a wardener said the inmates / staff don't take kindly to people who rob pensioners.

If you're going to do something to an intruder, make sure that they land INSIDE your house. Not outside.
I sure as hell don't care. The S.O.B. better be glad he didn't get into my house or I'd have shot him dead right then and there! There's always the chance he might survive the fall, you know?
