Are there any examples of how to write a child support agreement?
Me and my child's father have agreed on an amount for him to pay weekly as child support. We decided to just write a written agreement and have it notorized, instead of going thru the court system. I tried to do a search for "child support contracts" to see how to write one up to make sure that it has all the information needed in it. What all do I need to write?

Hey, I found this for Pennsylvania, just a sample though:

If I find more I'll post them.
Here is a worksheet that you can use as a template:

Why don't you call your local support enforcement agency and ask for their schedule and a sample child support agreement document. I'm sure they would oblige. Plus in your state there should exist "sample" agreements and schedules, and worksheets online [for your state].
My ex still owes over $5,000 in child support as a debt now. I contacted the DA's office over a month and a half ago because nothing had been done on my case for 10 months. Exhausted, I explained to the DA that I would have to contact the governor, so she kicked support enforcment in the @ss and suddenly within a few weeks I received a direct deposit of nearly $1,000. What a blessing, but anyway I hope those links have helped.
PS: about the nearly $1,000? it's the least my ex could do. I have been raising my son on my own and it's damn hard to do so. Along with teaching him good morals, you have to be there in sickness, school enrollments, pick up from school, new computers, clothing, shoes, computer gadgets, Sony Play Stations and Games, X-Box System and Games, bedding, beds, furniture, field trips, congregation, and the list is never ending. I consider the support I get very few but even at that needed compared to being a full-time parent who loves one's child.
Good luck.
You are playing with fire on this one! Most state laws regarding this type of agreement clearly states that the parents can write one, but it is not binding on the local court. Which means just because you draw up this agreement, and have it notarized, doesn't mean that the court can't come back later and toss it out.
Besides, it would just be a written contract which is easily broken, (happens all the time). If there is no order from a court, he can't be held in contempt if he, or she violates it.
You better think twice about this one! Besides, a "consent" order, like what you are trying to do is not very expensive since you've already agreed to everything. Make it legit and get an order.
