I'm seeking for the advice of law. When and how is an agreement become effective by law ?UK(Northirland)?
i had signed a agreement in2004 with the employer in UK. I am chinese.But i never had chance to go because of the british Embassy resufal of my visa application.but now they agree that the decision they made in 2005 is the error of the law . I have successfully appealed .i have the determination from the Asylum and Immigrant Tribunal UKwhich shows that. So Because of the error of the UK government that i couldn't be able to go.But the contract should be effective the date of signing. Either the UK government or the employer is responsible for that. So i wonder how and when is the contract should be effective by law. (UK Northirland)

well first of all its NORTHERN IRELAND and they don't want you there anyway, i find it fascinating that people seek asylum in a war torn country whose own ppl had to seek asylum not that long ago, c'mon your situation can't be that bad, you have computer access after all, why don't you stay in china and try to fix the problems in your own country
