What do you think is the most self centered crime in the world?
I think it is DUI/DWI because it shows the world only care about yourself and not others. It doesn't matter if you hit someone or kill a child, it's all about them. I know someone in jail for their 6th DUI and they were drinking the night before they went to jail.

DUI/DWI is definitely self-centered, but I think I'd say rape. It's complete and utter control of another person, and it leaves so much permanent damage. Many people who are raped never fully recover from it. Many never get help, and sometimes, the women are left with children - an incredible responsibility - from such a heinous crime.
I agree that DUI/DWI are selfish offenses, and it makes me sick to know that there are people out there who just continue to drive drunk. But it IS possible to drive drunk without hurting someone or causing permanent damage, while with rape, it's not.
Suicide, it's against the law to kill yourself in most states.

DUI/DWI - you could be driving someone to the hospital who doesn't know how to drive while under the influence. While technically this isn't a bright idea, it's a selfless act.
Rape, however, is utterly selfish and self-centered.
Other crimes like murder could also be for other reasons. You can even pay people to murder others. But rape... well, you can't pay someone to "rape" for you. Definitly rape.
