How to conduct a deposition?

I am having to represent myself in a civil case and looking for legal knowledge, regarding how to conduct a deposition

Answers:
I would not represent myself if it were going that far. There are rules to a deposition that a Lawyer knows, such as what questions can be asked and what cannot. If you do not have substantial legal education and experience, you are setting yourself up to do something that the other side can use to get the case thrown out. They will try to sucker you into it.

Hire a lawyer. Seriously.

Your desire to represent yourself is admirable, but your rights would be better represented by someone who does this sort of thing professionally.
