He can't see his wife, but she wants to see him?
My neighbor got in an argument with his wife and she pressed charges on him now she dropped the charges and wants to see him, but a court order says he can;t see her till court. If she sneaks around to see him what are the consequences for him should he get caught?

He'd be extremely stupid to let it happen. He's at the mercy of his wife, and if things are bad enough between them that she'll charge him once, she can do it again. He should make every effort to stay away from here and if she attempts to contact him, he should tell the court.
When someone gets the law involved, things have gotten ugly and you have to play as though the other side (his wife) is out to get him.

In all states violation of a Domestic Restraining order is a crime. Even if she doesn't report it, if he is caught he will be arrested.
it kinda nullifies the order if she breaks it but to cover his *** he should get her to put it in writing and get it witnessed!! your Friend needs to be careful cause she could screw him even worse the next time-depending who was at fault of course. the court only knows what they are told, so if the no one says anything they wont have a clue!!
If she wants to talk to him, she can call him. If he agrees to meet with her, he's stupid.

He needs to get confirmation from the court what the status of the order is. Just because she dropped the charges does not recind the court order.
If she trespasses on his property, he needs to call the police to say that she caused this order against him, and it needs to be cancelled before she can be allowed to visit his property.
Goes to lock up---violation of the restraining order--- not allowed to call her either
You got a lot of good answers which are true if he gets caught with her. They will take him to jail.
All that has to happen is for her to pick up the phone and say "he hit me" and he's made his life much worst then it was.
If she did drop the charges he needs to wait and See what the court say they may have him take some anger management classes or he can spend some time in jail. So if I was him I would wait.
